Peripheral Neuropathy Clinic at Northwestern Memorial Hospital

The Peripheral Neuropathy Clinic is a patient-centric, multi-disciplinary clinic that provides comprehensive and coordinated care needed for our patients with peripheral neuropathy. Our mission is to provide the highest-quality care possible for patients with neuropathy while advancing new therapies and investigating causes and cures.
